The ADIDAS DAY ONE CAPSULE COLLECTION transfers the Three Stripes’ mighty performance expertise into the lifestyle realm.
Taking inspiration from running and outdoors gear, the new collection offers a strong range of utilitarian garments with a stark military-inspired colour palette. The outerwear covers everything from parkas to bombers, employing durable weatherproof fabrics and insulated linings to combat the cold. A quilted ultralight jacket and matching shorts combine Climalite and Japanese ripstop nylon for warmth without weight, while camo leggings, Primeknit tees, hoodies and waffle sweatshirts round out the range. Branding is kept to a functional minimum, with reflective Three Stripes prints adorning many of the garments. And lastly, of course, there are the shoes: two colourways of the Day One Pure Boost ZG in olive and black, featuring ultra-comfortable Boost technology and a no-nonsense utilitarian aesthetic to match the apparel.
The ADIDAS DAY ONE CAPSULE COLLECTION is set for release on FRIDAY 14 OCTOBER with adidas and select retailers. Take a look at the imagery below and shop the styles directly with ADIDAS by clicking on the banners.
